We should all carry a little bit of Christmas in our hearts all year long. Oh but I guess we do, it’s called grattude 🙂

    Lovely quote. Take care Alan.

  4. I have taught my daughter that in Spanish, mas means more. So, Christmas can be read as More Christ. They are thrilled with this little bit of trivia. They are sharing it with everyone this season! 🙂

  5. Rea, I might sound like a broken record, but this quote is so true! As I wrote the other day, the greatest gift is Jesus Himself, and if we don’t have Him in our heart all the presents under the tree will not provide us with real joy. Peace, Linda

  7. That is so true. He came for a reason, and He even told us what it was. If we do not believe that we have missed the whole meaning of Christmas.

    • bendedspoon Says:

      Thankful that He came!
Without Him life indeed has no meaning but this truth register to each in every one of us in His own time. Or is it in our own time — when we are ready for Him?
      🙂
