Oh yes. Peace topic is always interesting. Some ended disturbed after talking about it and lucky are the ones who mean it when they say they want peace — they become peace.
🙂
Still scratching my head on that one but here’s what I wish for you “(that) the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus.” 🙂
Funny, your blog made me smile today … I didn’t have to do much thinking 🙂
I think maybe he was saying that sometimes it gets worse before it gets better? Trying to be positive here! And (ducking in case things get thrown at me) I like George. 🙂 And . . .I like you too, bended spoon!
Dear George,
I just want you to know that when you talk about anything, it rarely makes sense! And ‘whatever’ you spoke about during your time in office usually meant something bad for someone, somewhere in the world, including the US.

What a strange little fellow he is……:-) Say’s what he doesn’t mean and does what he likes :-0

He said these:
“You can fool some of the people all the time, and those are the ones you want to concentrate on.”
“I have written a book. This will come as quite a shock to some. They didn’t think I could read, much less write.”
Could it be that he’s only trying to make others laugh and shook their head real hard?
🙂

Not all things are clear to me so I can’t either cheer or booo.
Here’s I want to cheer for — peace! 🙂

OK..if that statement has a meaning it went completely over my head! lol 🙂
01/31/2011 at 8:08 PM
ahaha! The true meaning of it lies in the heart so if we can only disect George heart — but that’s as good as declaring war.lol

Deb I honestly do not know much about George (beyond the news) but based on the comments he seems not a favorite so good decision to duck!
His statement made me think:
1. “Wifey let’s talk about how I hate you because I love you so much.”
2. Didn’t God ordered war too?
I think the beauty of the statement (whoever said it) lies in the real motive and the good it can bring. Do I need to duck too?
Peace men! 🙂

Sorry 🙂
Take care Alan.

Dear Alan,
When I take action, I’m not going to fire a $2 million missile at a $10 empty tent and hit a camel in the butt. It’s going to be decisive.
See I even think about the camel.
Peace,
George

I think I have to disagree with his idea of ‘peace’ …
01/31/2011 at 11:31 AM
