Q is for Que Sera, Sera

04/20/2011

QUE SERA, SERA (Whatever will be, will be)

Yes we are singing first…

Enjoyed the song? Were you that little girl? With so many questions?

If a little girl comes to you and ask for a piece of advice and that advice could help her soar through life, what would it be?

Please take this opportunity because a little girl might stumble upon this post and blow kisses for you!

And the little girl in me says, “Whoa I am soaring right now!

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I couldn’t believe
That a scared little chicken
Could soar in the sky

But then why can’t I
Kindred souls serve as my wings
Lifting me higher

Thank you so much my wing, wing, wing, wing, …! Now I know why the Creator made an eagle out of you, you, you, you…!

And to share one of my favorite poems in your place…

beautiful post.. the poems and the rest made it a perfect beauty.

  2. My advice is to always remember that God loves you enough to have died so He could spend eternity with you. It’s the best advice I’ve ever been given. Peace, Linda

  3. Debbie Says:

You are so a soar-er! Congratulations as you keep pushing the limits with Him. (I read another blog today about doing it afraid. 🙂 )
Oh the advice I would give . . . to remember Jesus loves you.
And He loves YOU! I love you too!

    • bendedspoon Says:

And now I am sobbing huhuhu… That is the greatest advice Deb. I actually forgot about it when I fought alone my battle for human love until I was losing. I am a victor by remembering that He loves me and allowing myself to be loved! I love you Deb!
      🙂

  4. Ann Says:

    Thank you, Princess

Soar onwards and upwards in Him!

    Blessings,
    ann

…”and I will raise you up on eagle’s wings, bear you on the breath of dawn”…your post made me think of a song I love so much “On Eagle’s Wings”. Have a special evening. 🙂

  6. Arlee Bird Says:

I was once a little boy and that song was very popular when I was a kid. I don’t really remember asking my parents those questions though.

Me too! I can’t remember asking my Mom with questions about life and more specially, “Will I be rich?”

We may not be rich by the world’s standard but I do not feel lack, whatever is available is always enough. One egg is enough, one hand me down coloring book is enough, one Sunday dress is enough…

Things could be always not enough but it could be always enough as well! The choice is mine and I am choosing! 🙂

  7. That is one classical song… Yeah, whatever will be, will be…

Hmm, that is certainly not one scared little chicken.. 😛 😛 heheheh..

    • bendedspoon Says:

Ting this scared little chicken is not a poet and each time I link I feel like fainting amongst all of you perfect poets. And then I remind myself, why am I here in blogland — is it for me or for others? Not to please others but to appreciate the wonder that the person is.

Your palindrome is fantastic and I salute the talented person that you are!
Love, hugggs and Congratulations to you Ting 🙂

Lovely idea. I never know how to say “thank you” to all who participate and conduct this amazing poetry group. I am usually verbose, though not now, but a heartfelt “thank you” is hard to top, yet you have managed to say these important words with charm and style! hugs, pat
