I is for In Posse

IN POSSE humans are perfect. Do you agree with that?

In posse means in potential but not in actuality; in possibility.

In posse you can be replaced. Yes, here are the evidences!

Zaky Hand Pillow - Your Baby Is In Good Hands - photo

Yours are no longer the hands that rock the cradle!

Yours is no longer the hug that matter!

Yours is no longer the milk that nourish!

Do you feel like crying now? Go ahead as long as you have a tissue in tow!

Now I’m crying because of evolowtion!

“We are from ape!” says some — triumphant!
So can we now act like a monkey?
Who wish we’re from elephant?
Looks like you are nosy.

Why is it so hard to accept
That God made us humans
That He is most magnificent
That we are all His creations?

Is it best to prove how we evolved
Or to focus on how we are evolving?
When we detach ourselves from the Creator
No need to prove that there is an evolowtion!

For Jingle Poetry on Environment, Evolution, and Survival.

Be grateful because IN ESSE God loves you!

In esse means in being; in actual existence.

Are you happy with that?

  8. irisdeurmyer Says:

What an inspiring post! You mated the pictures and the rhymes so well. The toilet tissue attached to the crown of the head was hilarious. I agree with your sentiments. ( I think I might be related to the elephants) lol
So true that the Creator is an awesome Lord and did an outstanding job.

    • bendedspoon Says:

Related to elephants — is it the legs? Or because it’s cool? A giant with a soft heart? You’re cool for being honest! lol

I appreciate so much that you share your thoughts and you laughed! Blessings to you πŸ™‚

  12. lunawitch15 Says:

The pictures turn it into one completely superb package.

    • bendedspoon Says:

Without over analyzing the pictures are really funny. That’s the secret why kiddos laugh more than adults
      — they appreciate things as is.
      Blessings to you πŸ™‚

  13. Oh man, I am so torn between wanting to be in tears and smile… your writing, is like a flow from a stream to a river than to the ocean… and now, just lost at what I should do or even how I am feeling… for the better, I know though.. *wink*

    • bendedspoon Says:

Thank you so much Ting for appreciating. There are a number of times that I had cried and smiled at the same time. Mostly happiness triggered it but on occasions my heart is wrenched first before I got to smile in the realization that everything will be okay — it could be me or the person behind the blog that I am reading.

You’re doing great. Huggs and blessings to you πŸ™‚

  14. Very happy! In posse et in esse.

  15. Rekha Says:

so true and creatively expressed, though the creator doesn’t balance my books anymore.

    Interesting !!

    I am no monkey’s auntie πŸ™‚

    Fearfully and wonderfully made!

  22. Lyn Says:

Can’t know the future, if we cling to a fairy tale past..except in art..then anything goes..it’s the skill and beauty that count..and you did that!!

    • bendedspoon Says:

Thank you so much wonderful being! The future is clearer than the past…we can make it lovelier than fairy tale where we don’t only triumph over evil but where we acknowledge who’s behind the power. Each time we do that, I can see the heart glows — not with pride but in gratefulness.
Huggs and blessings to you πŸ™‚

  23. seabell Says:

So we believe in difference things… Still you are one of my favorite readers and reads. Friends in evolution?

    • bendedspoon Says:

Thank you but be warned that if you don’t understand my comment or where the heaven I got the idea — it’s from my simple mind. I am not that deep to fathom profound thoughts.

I value sincere friends! Yes to friendship! Who knows what will emerge out of its evolution…Hugggs and blessings to you πŸ™‚

  24. Chatter Master Says:

Incredible! Some of the pictures made me sad. I love how your humor makes us ponder. YOU are one of God’s charms!

  25. Chimnese Says:

we truly did evolve thru the stages…..as the early hemosapiens…to the modern human…fully developed….like from one stage to another..

  27. cloakedmonk Says:

Wonderful. We are made in the Image of the divine. I guess to know that means we have to live up to it. Hard stuff.

    • bendedspoon Says:

The trying part is actually fun! More fun than not living up to it — it’s so hard to clean the mess and carry for a time the garbages.
Hugs and blessings to you πŸ™‚

I went ahead and posted results for week one a few hours early.

    • bendedspoon Says:

Oh yes it’s the 2nd week of 4 series of Poetry Month Clambake! Now I’ll try again my hardest to cook something (poetry is super challenging for me that sometimes I want to bleed in shame).

I’ll check with Master Chef with this one! Sorry I have the urge to say this — I love you Luna! Now what have you done to me? Huggs πŸ™‚

  37. This post is really remarkable…very clever! πŸ™‚

We surely are in the hands of a very big God. I am so glad to be attached to Him. πŸ™‚

    • bendedspoon Says:

You made my tears fall Theresa because I’m thinking, “How can we act as if we are wiser than God? Can’t we just be grateful for our existence? And gratefulness isn’t just about saying the word ‘Thank You’…”

I’m glad that He hold me in His hands. May I not jump out of it! Love you Theresa πŸ™‚

  38. jmjbookblog Says:

Wow! You’re on “I” already! Another post that makes me stop and ponder…and I love the photos you posted! Where do you find them?! The one of the little baby made me think of when my kids were that tiny and fragile…they just grew so fast! 😦 Have a beautiful Sunday. πŸ™‚

    • bendedspoon Says:

Oh yes, 1/3 of the alphabet already! I googled the photos after brainstorming with the Amazing Creator! So fun and exciting! More exciting than putting together a 3,000 pcs puzzle!
I miss my tiny kiddos too and their baby smell! Hugggs πŸ™‚

  39. Debbie Says:

I’m IN AWE, of Him and the beautiful way He created you, to IN SPIRE us and IN STILL praise for Him in our hearts.
IN LOVE and thanks to you, INCREDIBLE Rea!

    • bendedspoon Says:

Now those are great I words Deb! I am IN AWE of Him too! I said I’m going to have fun with A to Z blogging but I never thought it to be exciting when I’m having fun with Him! At 11pm last night…

Me: God it’s late already. I’m tired & sleepy but I have nothing to post yet. What shall it be for Jingle Poetry – Environment, Evolution or Survival? How about my word for I?
      God: Mine
Me: But God, Mine doesn’t start with letter I
      God: Possession
Me: It doesn’t start with I either!
      God: You are mine.
      Me: I know but…okay I trust you! *think, think…*

And the rest is posted! Isn’t God amazing?
      Love you Deb πŸ™‚

      • Debbie Says:

That is such an amazing God! Thank you for sharing the behind the scenes look with us! πŸ™‚ He is too much!

        • bendedspoon Says:

Deb He made me giggle with each behind-the-scenes so I got to smile and blow a kiss after hitting publish — a charm for good night sleep — He is, the charm! πŸ™‚
